Membership Form

This is form is in Turkish only because we demand some basic information from our Turkish members in case they apply for a project. You can download this form and send it back to us filled and signed. This will prevent any future demand for your personal information.



Activity-Participation Contract

This form clearly explains the conditions of participation in an activity as a Youth A.R.T. representative. You can download and have a look at it just to learn about the conditions, but if you are to take part in any event to represent Youth A.R.T. at local, national or international level, you have to fill in the form and send it back to us signed in both Turkish and English.



Activity Report Draft

This is form is prepared for our member to help them give feedback about the activities they participate. Questions in the form can be answered at any length and details. Getting project reports through this form makes it easy for us to publish project results in a certain format. Informal Organization Charter

As Youth A.R.T. is not a legal body, we do not have a formally registered regulation charter. Still, we have some rules and regulations to make the management of activities easier and productive. You can see the charter here, and then you are kindly invited to give us feedback about it.
