Summary :
As a partner organization, Youth A.R.T. was represented in the youth exchange entitled as “Youth on the Way to Europe without Borders” under the framework of YiA Action 3.1. The event took place in Poland, from 30th of April to 10th of May, 2010. The budgeting of the event was as follows: %70 of travel costs refund + %100 of visa, food and accommodation costs were refunded during the exchange. The participants, including the group leader, had to pre-pay their costs, and then they got the expenses back in cash during the event.

The Advance Planning Visit was realized in Poland on 26th – 28th March. Our Core Committee leader Mr. Bahadır Ülgen represented Youth A.R.T. during the meeting.

Summary :
This project brought together 22 participants from different countries to reinforce their knowledge about immigration and socio-political opinions of local communities.

The project used video tools and invisible Theatre to document how people in London, England and Europe perceive foreigners, refugees, asylum seekers (European and non-European). The project was based on Hidden Videos and Invisible theatre.

All costs of accommodation and boarding as well as the programme costs was covered by the organizers. Other costs, e.g. beverages outside the common programme, had to be paid by participants themselves. The working language was English.

Summary :
Games/activities are methods used in working with young people. Youth exchange is one of the tools that is being used by many organisations and non-­‐formal groups to give young people the opportunity to look beyond their own ‘borders’ and to interact with people from different countries and cultures. This training course gives young people and their youth workers the opportunity to create and develop games/activities they can use during international youth exchanges within the framework of Youth in Action programme. It is a way in which the participants can experience different methods and helps them to improv the quality of games they use in youthwork activities.

This multimedia training was organised for the young people who are related to the partner organisations. They were trained in the development of content (video, photographs, and reports) for iloveculture.eu. In practise they learnt how to make video promotion movies for activities, make photographs, and write news (blog) articles about projects / activities and how to update the information on a portal such as iloveculture.eu. The first days the participants followed workshops in intercultural groups and in the second part of the training they made productions / reports from cultural activities taking place at local during the days of the training. The objective of the training were:

- To train the participants so that they personally develop and gain multimedia skills that they can use during the further implementation of the project.
- To intercultural learn by cooperating in mixed country groups
- To develop a working plan for every group for the period between the training and the seminar where they would make more productions in their own country.
