One of Youth A.R.T.’s primary partners, SALTO stands for Support, Advanced Learning and Training Opportunities within the European YOUTH programme.

SALTO -YOUTH.net is a network of 8 Resource Centres working on European priority areas within the youth field. It provides youth work and training resources and organizes training and contact-making activities to support organizations and National Agencies within the frame of the European Commission's Youth in Action programme and beyond. SALTO-YOUTH's history started in 2000 and is part of the European Commission’s Training Strategy within the Youth in Action programme and works in synergy and complimentarily with other partners in the field.

Since 2002 the SALTO-YOUTH centres evolved towards true Resource Centres on specific priorities and regions. Below is the list of the resource centres.

     * SALTO Cultural Diversity Resource Centre (Located in the UK)
     * SALTO Inclusion Resource Centre (Located in Belgium-Fl)
     * SALTO Participation Resource Centre (Located in Belgium-Fr)
     * SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre (Located in Poland)
     * SALTO EuroMed Resource Centre (Located in France)
     * SALTO South-East Europe Resource Centre (Located in Slovenia)
     * SALTO Training and Cooperation Resource Centre (Located in Germany)
     * SALTO Information Resource Centres (Located in Sweden and Hungary)
